a) 贯彻执行国家有关技术标准及法律法规要求，负责组织编写技术文件、工艺文件、检验规范、操作规范等文件，对其编制的正确性、完整性、统一性、清晰性负责；
b)  负责利用统计技术进行数据分析、进行改进措施的筹划及实施的管理；

c)  负责按客户的要求进行产品的研发和试制。

 

a) Execute relevant GB technical standards and comply with national law and regulations. All documents as technique regulations, inspection criteria and operation instructions, etc. all must be ensured its accuracy, integrity, conformity and clarity.
b) Analyze and statistics all collected data, work out the next plan of improvement and monitor the implementation.

c) Responsible for the research and developing of customized demands.
